We will supply the products indicated on your Order Confirmation once payment has been cleared and received by Belt N Bags. When your ordered items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for your order.
Delivery of Your Products -
You order will be dispatched usually within 72 hours, only once payment has been confirmed unless your order is placed on a non-trading day i.e. weekend or public holiday. Standard shipping in Australia is via Australia Post eParcel. Normally, once dispatched, you should receive your order within 7 business days depending on your location and time of year (During Christmas, New Year and Public Holidays it will take longer). If selected, express shipping to most metropolitan areas within Australia is via eParcel Express. You will be provided with a tracking number where you will be able to track your order at www.eparcel.com.au
To guarantee delivery, it is best to address your parcel to your office or a location where there we will be someone to receive and sign for it between 9am to 5pm. If no one is available to take delivery of your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card so you will be able to collect your parcel from your local Post Office, where proof of identification must be shown.
Express Post options
Express Post options are available in the shopping cart for your convenience. A flat fee of $9.95 is charged for Express Post Australia wide.

New Zealand Delivery Information
Delivery is FREE for orders over $70 AUD. Orders to New Zealand normally take between 7-10 working days.
For orders less than $70, delivery to New Zealand is at a flat rate of $18 AUD per order.
All orders are in Australian dollars (AUD).
We use Australia Post for our international deliveries and they require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot in your post office in New Zealand. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
International Customs Duties
All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
Belt N Bags do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliance's. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
We recommend splitting orders over NZD$344 into 2 smaller orders to avoid being charged these import taxes.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Belt N Bags will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
