Shipping Information
We use Australia Post for all domestic and international orders. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, delivery is in Australia Post's hands — but we'll always help you track it down if something seems delayed.
Please allow a little extra delivery time during peak periods (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year and public holidays), when the whole logistics industry runs slower than usual. We dispatch as quickly as we can and keep you updated along the way.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
We ship across Australia and internationally to New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. If your country isn't listed below, email us at info@beltnbags.com.au and we'll sort out a quote for you.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges (International Orders)
Our shipping fees above cover delivery only. When your parcel arrives in your country, local customs may apply their own import taxes, duties or processing fees. These charges are set by your government — not by Belt N Bags — and are the responsibility of the recipient.
A note for our New Zealand customers: From 1 April 2026, New Zealand Customs applies a small Low-Value Goods levy (around NZD $2.50 per parcel) to imported orders. This is a mandatory government charge collected when your parcel arrives, and it applies to most orders shipped into New Zealand. It's a new fee, so if you've ordered from us before, you may not have seen it previously.

How do I track my order?
When your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can track it anytime at the Australia Post tracking page.
Delivery
Where is my order? Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation from us — your order should be dispatched and confirmed within 72 hours of placing it. If you haven't received a confirmation email with a tracking number, get in touch and we'll look into it. Delivery times vary with your chosen shipping method, your location, weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
My order hasn't arrived. If your order hasn't turned up, it's best to contact Australia Post first and lodge an enquiry. Once you've done that, contact us and we'll follow it up from our end, make sure all the details are correct, and get your order to you as fast as possible.
Returns
What is your returns policy? Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. All postage and insurance costs for returning products to Belt N Bags are the responsibility of the purchaser, except where an item arrives damaged or faulty.
How do I return a faulty item? Please take a photo of the faulty product and email us at returns@beltnbags.com.au with your name and order number, and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
Do I have to pay for the return? Yes — if you bought the wrong size and would like to exchange it, you're responsible for the return shipping.
Sizing
What size am I? Take a look at our Size Guide to help you choose. Please note the listed measurements aren't the entire length of the belt — they run from the buckle to the middle belt hole, and all belts have a 5–6 inch overhang.
I bought the wrong size — what do I do? Buying the right size in anything is tricky, which is why we have a fast and easy exchange program. Just fill out the returns form and tell us the size you'd like to swap to. You'll receive an email with everything you need for your return, and once we receive your parcel we'll send out your requested size.
International Terms & Conditions
- After receiving an international order, we dispatch within 1–2 business days and email your tracking number to the address provided.
- Our shipping partner is Australia Post for all domestic and international orders.
- Belt N Bags does not refund international shipping costs, and reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total refund amount for orders refused at customs.
- Belt N Bags is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and to include an invoice for customs if requested.
- Local customs duties, taxes and import fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Once a parcel has left our warehouse, delivery timing is in Australia Post's hands.
