REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable to full-price items only.  We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect selection.

Please note: 

  • Colour variation might occur in genuine leather belts. This is common for belts made from real leather as real leather will have colour variation occurring during the dying and manufacturing process. 

SALE ITEM RETURNS

Sale or discounted items are only eligible for store credits or size exchange.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance or last-chance items are not eligible for returns. 

RETURNS COST

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached, in their plastic sleeves and invoice/proof of purchase to be provided. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 

EXCHANGES 

We only accept size exchanges of items purchased within 30 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on change of mind or incorrect selection. If the new size is not available we will issue you store credits. Please purchase an Exchange Shipping Fee Here for us to send out your new exchange order. 

Store Credits: Credits are valid for 6 months from the date and time of issue. The balance will be cancelled if you have not used it within 6 months.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or appeared to be faulty - this needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. Please note that items that have been damaged due to incorrect care or general wear are not considered faulty.

If there is a fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available otherwise a store credit or refund will be offered. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis. If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return or refund. 

The followings are not eligible for returns:

  • Clearance items
  • The item is clearly worn and not returned in original condition/packaging. 
  • The item is damaged, misused or tampered with.

STEPS: HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE 
Step 1. Fill out Exchange Form - Please download the following Exchange Form and fill in the required fields to the best of your ability. Your items must be returned unworn and in their original condition within 30 days for an exchange or a store credit to be issued.
Step 2. Send your returns - We don’t cover return postage fees unless the error is BeltNBags' or a manufacturing fault. We recommend getting tracked postage so you can trace your return as BeltNBags does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.

Step 3. Go on to purchase Exchange Delivery Costs HERE. This is for us to send out your new exchange items. You can choose from 2 options: Standard or Express Shipping. We cannot process your new order unless this exchange cost is paid. 
Step 4. We’ll reach out to you - once your return has been received by us we’ll be in touch as soon as possible via email with further details. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our studio.
