At Beltnbags, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is checked before it reaches you, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects — the details below explain what's included, what isn't, and how to make a claim.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, such as:

  • Faulty buckles, clasps or hardware that fail under normal use
  • Stitching that comes undone without misuse
  • Defects in the leather, webbing or lining present at the time of purchase

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

The items listed below are not considered manufacturer defects and are not covered under our refund policy.

Normal Wear and Tear

Damage that occurs through everyday use is not covered, including:

  • Worn edges or corners from daily use
  • Natural fading and softening of materials
  • Stains, spots and spills
  • Stretching from wear and use
  • Damage to finishes or seams from friction or rubbing
  • Damage resulting from improper conditioning or cleaning
  • Linings that are ripped, stained or worn from normal use

Misuse, Neglect, Abuse or Accidental Damage

The following are also excluded from warranty cover:

  • Rips or scratches
  • Gashes and tears
  • Damage from harsh chemicals or cleaners
  • Animal, fire or weather damage (lightning, flood, storm, etc.)
  • Airline or third-party damage or mishandling
  • Third-party alterations
  • Theft, loss or intentional damage

Please Note

  • Colour variation in genuine leather: Natural colour variation is common in genuine leather belts. Because real leather is dyed and finished by hand, slight differences in tone and texture occur during manufacturing and are part of the material's natural character — not a defect.
  • Screen display differences: Slight shade variation may appear between website photos and the actual product due to differences in screen settings, brightness and display calibration.
  • Exchange window: Exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
