Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented new rules and restrictions from Australian Government and World Health Organisation to ensure your order will arrive safe at your doorstep.
Our team, who are packing new orders or collecting and inspecting returns, have been provided with hand sanitizers, gloves and masks. Every team member must follow strict hygiene procedures and keep the physical distance at all times. To make it easier, we are organizing work in shifts. In addition, our warehouse and office are cleaned daily to mitigate the risk of transmitting the virus between our staff members and our customers.
We also are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible. This includes drivers conducting contactless deliveries and following hygiene precautions as advised by local government and health authorities.
